Unser Dust Deputy ist ein äußerst effektiver Vorseperator für ihre Absaugung und eignet sich daher optimal für die Absaugung einer CNC - Fräse. Er sammelt die abgesaugten Partikel in einem, unter dem Dust Deputy angebrachten, Behälter. Dieser kann sehr leicht entleert werden.

Der Dust Deputy filtert 99% der in der angesaugten Luft enthaltenen Schmutz- und Staubpartikel, sodass nur ca. 1% sich im Filter des Saugers absetzen können. Somit wird die Haltbarkeit des Filters und des Staubsaugers erheblich verlängert.

Der Dust Deputy kann für eine Vielzahl von Anwendungen genutzt werden, beispielweise in der Absaugung von Plattensägen, Portalfräsmaschinen, usw..

Aufgenommen werden unter anderem folgende Materialien:

Our Dust Deputy is an extremely effective pre-separator for your dust extraction system. It collects the extracted particles in a container located beneath the Dust Deputy, which can be emptied very easily.

The Dust Deputy filters 99% of the dust and debris particles from the extracted air, so only about 1% reach the vacuum’s filter. This significantly extends the lifespan of both the filter and the vacuum cleaner.

The Dust Deputy can be used for a wide variety of applications, for example in the dust extraction of panel saws, CNC routers, and more.
